"Baking has been a part of my life since childhood. For me, it has always been more than just making deserts. It is my therapy. Whenever I feel stressed, upset or overwhelmed, I step into my kitchen, put on some music, and bake. In those moments, the world fades away, and I find peace.
Trying new recipes, experimenting with flavors, and creating something with love brings me true happiness. But the most special moment comes when people taste my deserts and tell me "This is incredible." That feeling of fulfillment is what keeps me going.
With a desire to share this love and joy with others, Broken Brownie was born. The name represents what I love most, a perfectly fudgy brownie with beautiful crinkles on top.
A cracked brownie is known to be the fudgiest, richest, and most delicious kind, and that's exactly what I wanted to offer. Every brownie I bake carries my passion, care and dedication.
Even while managing college and long days, returning home 8PM, I make sure my customers receive the best freshly baked deserts and timely deliveries.
